To anyone how has ever played Resident evil directors cut can u please help me?

im doing a pre run of Resident evil directors cut on Gameanyone.com im not doing the run yet until ive completed the game with the best ending. the character im using is Jill. right now im trying to figure out where the shield key goes to because i cant find the door to where the shield key goes to i also have the blue Jewel and the Chemical. is there something i left off? if you can find a video post it on here please
