Shortcut in RTD problem?

I remember once when I was learning rate time distance problems that there was a shortcut to doing problems like "If Jill starts biking to school 20 minutes after Joe and bikes at 5 mph and Joe bikes at 3 mph how long will it take her to pass him?"
