How do I get him to like me?

Hi! I am a 13 year old girl, and I really like this guy. I really want to be his girlfriend, and I have to hurry because i only have 2 more weeks of school! i have his number, but i took it from my friends phone, so if i was just like hey i knew u didn't give me your number but i have it anyway it'd be creepy and wierd ya know? We talk to each other, like lets say my name is Jill, when im sitting in class as soon as he walks in he says "Jill!" and i just sorta smile/giggle at him. And im really jumpy..SO he always trys to scare me. The thing is, he flirts with every girl in school so it sooo hard to tell if he actually likes me. Like he hugs other girls (ive never hugged him...lol) and we went on a field trip the other day, he and another girl sat together on the bus..so its not like im special.. he said to his friend"i think jill likes me..but i don't like her that way" that's what his Friend said but i never told his friend that ii liked the boy i like. his friend lies allot he time and is mean..sooo im not sure if that's true but it seems like he likes me but i dint know! ugh this is soo complex. lol thanks alot i kNOW this is long!!!
