Gender Studies - Does society dictate what is beautiful or handsome?

I don't believe it has anything to do with it. I've heard plenty of guys say they don't like girls with blonde hair, I've heard girls say they don't like guys with brown hair. Lets not forget the guys who are into "bbws". Sure the media might tell us differently but I don't believe matters to most people. Beauty is still in the eye of the beholder.
