Does a nose job make a person look different?

so i have a long bent nose. the tip bends to my upperlip when i smile and i hate it so much. and i have a bump on my nasal bone. it jsut takes away my eyes and hides it. it also makes my eyes look crossed you cant see my nostril lmao! anyways, will a nose job make it small and pert like? is it worth it. dont tell me the beauty is the eye of the beholder ****!! i dont give a damn care about that. all i wnt to know is wheter a nose job bring a difference to the face as the nose is the center of the face? thanks and dont be rude
